How do I rebook or cancel my flight if I booked through a travel agent or third-party?
- Please get in touch in with the travel agent or third party who booked your trip. They should be able to change or cancel your booking straight away. Al of our policies are the same, regardless of who you booked your flight with.
I booked my ticket through a travel agent, am I eligible for Etihad Credit?
- Yes – as well as up to US $400 and up to 5,000 Etihad Guest Miles too. Please contact your travel agent to rebook your trip using Etihad Credit.

Can I use Etihad Credit to travel to a different destination?
- Yes. Etihad Credit gives you total flexibility to rebook your trip when and where you’d like. You can choose any destination within the Etihad network or even our extensive Etihad codeshare network
I’ve travelled part of my journey already, am I eligible for Etihad Credit?
- Yes, you can still cancel the remainder of your journey, then make a new booking when you are ready. To use Etihad Credit, your ticket must be rebooked by 30 September 2020, for travel by 31 August 2021.
Can I exchange my Etihad Credit for a refund?
- Etihad Credit vouchers are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
