As per the announcement by the Government of India to extend the nation-wide lockdown, our domestic and international operations stand suspended till 23:59 hours of 3rd May 2020. This may cause you to re-evaluate your bookings with us and reconsider your travel plans.

We offer you extended validity on your existing bookings

If you were unable to make a change to your booking before your travel date or wish to make a change to your upcoming travel booking, please do not worry. Your PNR has been automatically extended till 31st December 2020 and remains valid in our system.

The above extension of validity and flexibility is applicable if your ticket is issued on or before 14th April 2020 for travel commencing on or before 31st May 2020.

We offer you the flexibility to change dates and sectors

We understand that you may not wish to travel on the same domestic sector in the future. Therefore, in addition to opting for an alternate travel date, we are also offering you the flexibility to pick an alternate domestic sector, if you wish to. You can opt for the same till 31st December 2020, without any change fee. However, the fare differential, if any, will be applicable.

Your Tier Status remains unchanged

We have extended your current CV Tier Status till 30th September 2020. In case your Tier Status was due for re-evaluation between 18th March 2020 and 30th September 2020, it will now be re-evaluated on 1st October 2020.

Your CV Points balance will remain intact

In case your CV Points are expiring during the lockdown period beginning 25th March 2020 onwards, we will be re-crediting equivalent CV Points to your CV account.

Terms and Conditions for flight rescheduling:

The PNR number of the original booking is essential for rescheduling the flight. Customer must pick an alternate date of travel and/or an alternate domestic sector till 31st December 2020.

Any subsequent changes will include the regular change fee and fare difference.

Rescheduling will only be done for existing customers

Other fare conditions as per the booking rules apply.

The PNR is non-transferable/non-refundable and cannot be clubbed with any existing offer.

The upgrade vouchers used will be forfeited and the change will be applicable in the upgraded cabin class (if the redemption class is available), otherwise it will be applicable in the original booking class.
